Donation Refund Policy

Book Bounce is grateful for your gift!  While donations are normally nonrefundable, if you’ve made an error while donating, please email us for support. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If you donated using a credit card, your refund will be credited to the card you used when making the donation. If payment was made by check, refunds will be mailed promptly to the donor’s address that we have on file. Donors are responsible for reporting any change of address to Book Bounce by emailing us using the form above.  

We will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation. 

Changes to Recurring Donations 

Your ongoing support is greatly appreciated, since it allows us to plan and continue our work over the long-term. However, we understand that donors may sometimes need to change or stop their recurring donations. To change the amount of your recurring donation, or to stop your donation, please email us using the form above at least 15 days prior to the date of the recurring charge.

Book Bounce’s website is intended for use by adults only and is not intended for use by children. Children under 13 years of age are prohibited from using our website per our Terms & Conditions of service. As stated in our privacy policy, if your child has used our  website and submitted Personal Information to us, please contact us and we will remove that information from the website and our database.
